Good Ground Pathways partners with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to provide supervised workplace experiences for transition-aged youth and young adults with disabilities.
Our experienced staff remain on-site to provide coaching, guidance, and support while participants learn valuable workplace skills in a real business environment. Participants are compensated by Good Ground Pathways, and we maintain appropriate liability coverage, to help provide peace of mind for our host partners. This allows employers to focus on runningtheir business while making a meaningful impact in their community.
