Good Ground Pathways LLC is a proud provider with the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). Through this partnership, we help transition-aged youth and young adults with disabilities develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to achieve meaningful work readiness skills and greater independence.
In addition to serving individuals through OVR, we also provide the same high-quality Workforce Development services through private-pay and contracted services for schools, families, and individuals seeking personalized support. This allows us to partner with a wide range of clients
and create flexible service options that meet each person’s unique needs and goals.

Our Workforce Development services offer hands-on learning in real workplace environments where participants can explore career interests, strengthen job-readiness skills, and gain practical work experience. Working in partnership with local employers, our experienced job
trainers provide individualized coaching and support in small-group settings that foster growth, confidence, and success.
Participants earn wages while receiving on-the-job training, allowing them to build valuable work experience, develop transferable employment skills, and prepare for competitive, integrated employment in their communities.
